The fair takes place synchronously with our 10th Annual Black Doctoral Network Conference which will convene at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia over the dates of October 27 - 29, 2022.
Attending the Recruitment and Resource Fair is absolutely FREE! We welcome all individuals interested in academic, non-profit or corporate employment opportunities or graduate and professional studies to sign up for our fair.

We expect to have companies from several industries in attendance to answer your questions and give you the guidance you need to advance yourself to the next level.

BDN Networking Social - Thursday, October 27 @ 7PM
Enjoy our casual networking social while you listen to soft music, indulge in delicious food and drinks, and toast to your success. Feel free to bring guests to join us. All guests must be registered. Tickets are $40 per person.
BDN 10th Anniversary Celebratory Gala - Saturday, October 29 @6PM
The BDN 10th Anniversary Celebratory Gala will be a semi-formal cocktail event to mix and mingle with BDN's wider membership. The Gala is an event to recognize the tremendous contributions our members have made in their respective industries and local communities. Dinner will be served, two complimentary drink tickets will be provided and a cash bar will the available for additional purchases. Tickets are available for purchase ($70 per person) and guests are welcome to join but must register.
Hotel Accommodations
To ensure that you receive accommodations at the Sheraton Downtown Atlanta Hotel, please secure your reservation as soon as possible. The Black Doctoral Network Inc. has negotiated a sleeping room rate of $139/night (doubles & singles) for all BDN Conference guests at the Sheraton Downtown Atlanta Hotel for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights (surrounding dates are also available). The limited discounted hotel rooms are first come first serve. We have no control over availability beyond our initial agreement. To receive the discounted rate of $139, you must tell the hotel that you are part of the Black Doctoral Network Conference.

Parking Information
There is a negotiated discount for self-parking of $20 for overnight self-parking and $10 for the commuter drivers for the day self-parking at the hotel.
Health and Safety Protocols
The health and safety of our conference participants remains our highest priority. The Black Doctoral Network (BDN) is monitoring the on-going COVID-19 Pandemic and is prepared to manage our in-person events with the health, safety, and well-being of our attendees, presenters, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, staff and guests in mind.
